Monday, April 23, 2007 Ded Walleye calling it quits!
After nearly ten years of rockin' your faces off Ded Walleye will be calling it quits in June and ending a wonderful chapter in our lives. We've been through many members and each of them had a big part in getting us where we are right now. We would like to extend a huge thank you to all of the past Ded Walleye family.
Over the past nine-ish years we've played hundreds of cities and made countless friends and fans. We thank you so much for your support over the years. Without sounding too sanctimonious, we would like to truly extend our gratitude to all of you. We have had so much fun and met so many amazing people.
Please watch the calendar over the next month and a half as we will be wrapping up our last shows every where we go. Our final weekend will be June 15 and 16. On Friday the 15th we will be at our all-time favorite club, the Red Carpet in St. Cloud, MN. If you're in the Twin Cities or central MN area please come and rock out with us one more time. Then we will end it at home on Saturday, June 16 at Playmakers house of Rock in Fargo, ND.

Due to adverse weather conditions, we will not be making it to St. Cloud tonight for our show at the Red Carpet. We will however be playing at Playmakers House of Rock in Fargo tonight filling in for our friends in Holiday who were scheduled at the HOR. See you tonight!

Thanks again to everyone who attended the Halloween shows both on Saturday (28th) at Torge's and Tuesday (31st) at Old Broadway. Both were great crowds and we had a great time. We should have some pics up on the website soon!

Monday, September 11, 2006 Three piece!
If you've been keeping up with our shows or checking out the myspace page you are probably aware of the fact that Ded Walleye is now officially a three piece band. Here's the scoop.
Dave's voice has not been improving and we don't see any change coming. We all four came to the decision to move on as a three piece. Unfortunately Dave just doesn't see it getting better. That's about it. He's been a great friend and a great band member for a lot of years. We all wish him the very best and hope that you do the same.
Tuesday, August 29, 2006 Holipalooza?
We are very sorry for the confusion at last week's show outside the Holiday Inn. There was some confusion as far as which band was playing which slot. In the interest of making everyone happy, we played the first slot. Unfortunately that didn't make any of our fans really happy. I apologize. Next time we have another multi-band show we will be sure to get more accurate details out earlier. Thanks again for being there.

Hello everybody. If you haven't already seen or heard, something is different on the Ded Walleye front. I will be taking some time off in order
to rest my voice and see a doctor to figure out what is troubling my throat. But don't fret, Ded Walleye will not miss a beat and will continue
melting your faces at each and every venue. If you have seen a show in the past week and a half or so, you may have seen them perform under the
pseudonym "A Piper Down," or you may remember a time last winter when they converged as
"Particle Men." Whichever format they choose, trust that you will be in very capable hands. I appreciate all of your concern, and I am hoping
for a speedy return. That is all.
